Refund Policy

1. Service Fees

Our service fees cover the professional assistance we provide in processing your visa application, including:

  • Document verification and review
  • Application form assistance
  • Submission to relevant authorities
  • Application tracking and updates
  • Customer support throughout the process

2. Refundable Situations

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

Full Refund (100%)
  • Application has not been submitted to the government authorities
  • Cancellation requested within 24 hours of payment (before any processing begins)
  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Service error on our part that prevented application submission
No Refund
  • Application has been submitted to government authorities
  • Government visa fees (these are non-refundable in all cases)
  • Application denied or rejected by authorities (see Denial Policy below)
  • Application withdrawal requested after government submission
  • Applicant provided incorrect or incomplete information

3. Government Fees

Important: Government visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are paid directly to the relevant government authorities and are outside our control.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@onlinevisaexpress.com
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount

Denial Policy

1. Understanding Visa Denials

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authorities. Online Visa Express assists with application preparation and submission but cannot guarantee visa approval.

2. Common Reasons for Denial

Visa applications may be denied for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Insufficient supporting documentation
  • Security concerns
  • Previous immigration violations
  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria
  • Inconsistencies in application details
  • Criminal record or pending legal proceedings

3. What Happens If Your Visa Is Denied?

No Refund for Denials: Service fees and government fees are non-refundable if your visa application is denied by the authorities, as the processing work has been completed.

After a Denial:

  • Official Notification: You will receive an official denial notification from the authorities. Please note that the authorities are not obligated to disclose the reason(s) for the refusal, and in most cases no explanation is provided. The notification will indicate whether you should submit a new eVisa application or apply through the nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate.
  • Reapplication: You may be allowed to submit a new eVisa application if the authorities indicate it is appropriate, after resolving the issues that led to the previous denial.
  • Our Support: For residents of Northern Italy, we can assist with submitting the application at the Indian Consulate in Milan. For applicants outside this area, we can provide guidance on how to submit their application at the appropriate Indian Embassy or Consulate in their region, using publicly available instructions.

4. Reapplication After Denial

If you wish to reapply after a denial:

  • A new application and full payment will be required
  • We recommend addressing all issues mentioned in the denial letter
  • Additional supporting documents may be needed
  • Waiting periods may apply depending on the reason for denial

Express Processing

For applications submitted under Express Processing (24-hour service):

  • Express fees are non-refundable once processing begins
  • We prioritize your application for expedited review
  • Approval within 24 hours is not guaranteed (depends on authorities)
  • Standard refund policy applies if cancellation requested before processing

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, denials, or inability to process applications due to:

  • Government shutdowns or policy changes
  • Natural disasters or emergencies
  • Technical failures by government systems
  • Political events affecting visa processing
  • Pandemic or health-related restrictions

In such cases, we will work with you to find alternative solutions, but refunds may not be available.
